Geisinger Health System – Orwigsburg

Overview

Geisinger Health System’s new 17,000 SF medical office was started in October 2012. The single-story clinic offers family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, laboratory services as well as a Caresite Pharmacy and X-Ray capabilities. The clinic is located in the Villages at Deer Lake subdivision located on Route 61 in West Brunswick Township. The new clinic offers many state-of-the-art features and was designed and built to meet LEED certified standards. The clinic is leased to Geisinger Health System by our sister company, Fanelli Group Properties, LLC, on a long-term lease.
