Overview

Service Access & Managements Inc new 10,000 SF offices located in downtown Pottsville is a classic example of what can be accomplished with blighted properties in a city environment. As the developer & general contractor, L&K Construction was able to acquire several properties that were well past their useful life and beyond salvaging. Razing the structures made room for a brand new office building and “pocket park” all of which improved the appearance of the northern gateway into the City of Pottsville.
